These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Taya778 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("User," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the Taya778 website and associated applications.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Taya778 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, or supplementary policies published on the Taya778 platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and supplementary rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

To register and use the Taya778 platform for real-money gaming, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Taya778 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Individuals under 21 are prohibited from registering or participating in any real-money gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of Taya778 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Taya778 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Taya778 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Taya778 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Taya778 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your Taya778 account.
• Notify Taya778 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Taya778 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal request.

Account registration is subject to Taya778's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

Taya778 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Taya778 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals for verified accounts; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

All funds deposited into your Taya778 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Taya778 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Taya778 account.
• Taya778 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash withdrawals for verified accounts typically complete within 5–10 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Taya778 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of fraud, AML, or responsible gaming checks.

All transactions on the Taya778 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion, where applicable, is subject to the exchange rate applied by your payment provider.

All bets placed on the Taya778 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. These rules are published within each game or market and form part of these Terms by reference.

General betting rules applicable across all Taya778 products include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Taya778 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under specific game or market rules.
• Taya778 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or any other irregularity that compromises the integrity of the outcome.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, Taya778 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Taya778 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any bet or series of bets at its sole discretion.
• Odds displayed on the Taya778 sportsbook are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the time of confirmation.

Any attempt to exploit errors in odds, game mechanics, or platform functionality — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or collusion — is prohibited and may result in the voiding of bets, forfeiture of winnings, and permanent account closure.

Taya778 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates.

General bonus terms applicable across all Taya778 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. Taya778 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per user, household, IP address, or device unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Taya778 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

Users of the Taya778 platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the use of the platform.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Taya778 platform, including other users' accounts or backend systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Taya778 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tools, age verification measures, or account restrictions imposed by Taya778.

Taya778 reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All content on the Taya778 platform — including but not limited to the Taya778 name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the property of Taya778 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Taya778 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Taya778 platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Taya778 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Taya778 platform.
• Use any Taya778 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of Taya778 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Taya778 and its licensors.

Taya778 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Taya778 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Taya778 may share your personal data with third parties where required by law, regulation, or court order, or where necessary to prevent fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. Taya778 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Taya778 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered thereon.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content published on the platform.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond Taya778's reasonable control.
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information published on the platform.

Taya778's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Taya778's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Taya778 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary rules or policies.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification of the account holder as a minor (under 21 years of age).
• Any other circumstance in which Taya778 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that continued account access poses a risk to the platform, other users, or the account holder.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification or investigation requirements.

You may close your Taya778 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised with customer support, either party may escalate the matter through applicable legal channels. Taya778 will cooperate fully with any regulatory authority or dispute resolution body with jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.
